1 cup Carrots Chopped
1/2 cup Spring Onions Chopped
2 tbsp Pink Lentils
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 cup Tomatoes Pureed
1/4 tsp Oregano
1/4 tsp Pepper
Salt to taste
